Master of Science in Information Systems International Student 25% Scholarship Requirements:

  • You are a new student enrolling as an F1 international student registering for the winter 2022, spring 2022 or summer 2022 quarter into the Master of Science in Information Systems degree program located at the Strayer Arlington, VA campus. You agree to take any non-online MSIS courses at the Arlington, VA campus. You are not enrolling in a JWMI, Devmountain, Degrees@Work or VerizonOnsite program.
  • You are enrolling into the program on an approved F1 visa and you will continue to meet all U.S. requirements to maintain your F1 visa status.
  • You understand this offer applies to tuition only. Technology fee, final academic requirement fee, books, any course materials and non-obligatory fees must be paid by a separate method of payment.
  • The 25% scholarship will be applied to your account for every quarter of enrollment after eligibility is confirmed.
  • If you do not register for or you drop all courses during a quarter where the scholarship is disbursed, you forfeit the disbursement for that quarter.
  • If you do not maintain your F1 visa status per the United States law and regulations, you will forfeit the scholarship until status is maintained.
  • No refund will be issued on unused scholarship amounts due to graduating early, withdrawing (either voluntarily or involuntarily), or losing your F1 visa status. 
  • If you take three consecutive quarters off, you will permanently forfeit the offer and any benefits associated.
  • This offer is not eligible to accrue Graduation Fund credits. 
  • This offer may not be combined with corporate alliance/national account scholarships, tuition assistance aligned pricing (TAAP) scholarships or other Strayer sponsored discounts or scholarships. 
  • Strayer does not represent or guarantee that its degree programs are accredited, recognized or likely to be accredited, recognized or granted equivalency or validation by any non-U.S. country or non-U.S. educational authority.   • International students desiring to physically study in the United States must meet any international admission requirements as outlined in the Strayer catalog. Students should also consult the U.S. State Department’s current rules and regulations at https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/study/student-visa.html.
  • Neither you, an immediate family member of yours, nor household member of yours are currently employed by the University, the University’s parent company or any other subsidiary of the parent company (Strategic Education, Inc.).
  • You must maintain good academic standing (2.5 or greater for graduate programs). In any quarter following the quarter where a student fails to maintain good academic standing, the offer will be forfeited until the student returns to good academic standing.
  • You will be held to any academic consequences of withdrawing from or failing any course.
  • If you choose to change to an ineligible program, discontinue or withdraw (either actively or administratively) from Strayer, you will become ineligible for this offer. 
  • If you drop or withdraw from a course, you will be responsible for any fees associated with change in enrollment status for that quarter.  
  • Under no circumstance will recipients be eligible for a refund, cash payment or any other compensation for the value of unused funds from the offer.
  • If your tuition is billed to an employer or sponsor, the offer is applied first to tuition charges and then the sponsor is billed the net tuition amount (to the extent tuition benefits are available.) 
  • In all cases, the offer is at Strayer University’s discretion.
